Graduate of University of Massachusetts (BA) and Cornell University (MBA). Over thirty years in the commercial banking industry culminated in a position as Vice Chairman and member of the Office of The Chief Executive at USTrust, Boston. Bob experienced a wide range of responsibilities that included Presidencies of subsidiary banks, Directorships in a variety of subsidiaries and non-profit organizations, as well as membership on Loan Approval and Asset and Liability committees.
Divisional management roles covered Asset Based Lending, Retail Lending, Information Systems, Retail and Commercial Mortgage Banking. Specific assignments included membership on acquisition due diligence teams, assessment of asset quality, integration of acquired organizations and problem portfolio maintenance, collection, sale and restructure. Bob is a past Director of the Francis Ouimet Caddie Scholarship Fund and The Police Athletic League. He is a member and past director of the Turnaround Managers of New England.
