Pamela N. Linton : Principal
Graduate of University of Vermont (BS, MS); Wharton School (Certificate of Finance & Accountancy.) Pamela held executive positions in health care from 1971-1989. She founded and managed the first and only EPA part B permitted hazardous waste facility in Vermont from start up to sale & transfer to the largest privately held U.S. environmental company.
Pamela's consulting projects have included; COO to a high growth Boston advertising firm; diagnosis of manufacturing operations in a variety of industries; turnaround and sale of a Boston non-profit organization; financial & operational restructuring of a software development firm. She has regularly assisted a myriad of financial institutions in loss mitigation, loan modification and collection and recovery as well as serving as an advisor in bankruptcy and bankruptcy alternatives to the banking industry as well as individual companies. She has excellent leadership skills and is the recipient of several state and national business achievement awards.
Pamela is a former Director, Treasurer and President of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Northeast (3rd Largest Chapter worldwide). She is currently a member of the Past Presidents council for TMA Northeast and completed a term as a member of the International Board of TMA. She is a member International Women's Forum and served on The University of Vermont School of Business Administration Advisory Board. She served for ten years as Vice Chair of Associated Industries of Vermont. In that capacity she assisted the Vermont Bankers Association in getting a reluctant Vermont State Legislature to enact Interstate Banking Legislation. Linton served on the Board of Advisors for the National Laboratories for 6 years (Pacific Northwest Batelle) and served as Board member and Treasurer of the Institute of Sustainable Communities; founded by former VT Governor Madeleine Kunin to institute democracy building and environmental projects in Eastern and Central Europe.
